Cleanliness & Cleaning

After your stay the caravan should be left tidy, swept clean with an empty WC.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the caravan or the awning.

Awning

A garden table, 4 chairs, 2 loungers (without cushions!) and a parasol can be found in the awning. In the categories A, B & D there is also an extra cooking facility in the awning.

Pets

Dogs are only permitted in the caravans in categories C & D. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted on the site in July and August.

Prices

The price per night includes 2 people (minimum capacity!), campsite fees, electricity supply, gas, resort tax, bathing fee for the modern, heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 15th May - 15th September) and VAT. The KONUS Guestcard is also included, which allows free of charge use of the local public transport.

Conditions

1. Cleaning
   • The fee for a cleaning after departure is: 26,00 EUR
2. Reservation Conditions
   • You will receive a reservation confirmation with the invoice for the total rental fee. As a deposit, 20% of the total invoice (interest free) must be paid within 2 weeks. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 2 weeks. The outstanding amount must be received by us by the latest of 10 days prior to arrival.
3. Arrival and Departure
   • The caravan is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be cleared by 10:00 on the day of departure. After your stay the caravan should be left tidy, swept clean with an empty WC.
4. Cancellation Costs
   • We recommend to organise a travel cancellation insurance!
   • A written cancellation is required.
      
   • Up to 4 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
   • Up to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the total invoice is required to be paid.
